How DiOM Works?

We procure large land parcels in areas offering favourable climatic conditions, abundant natural resources and scenic settings, across the country.

These land parcels are developed with plantations that have the potential to provide high farm yields over time using hi-tech Agri systems with end to end management services. On 10% of each project’s land area, a Vedic AgroGram (Farm Village Community Place) with 100+ persons occupancy is also developed.

The plantations commonly include Sandalwood Farms, Tea or Coffee Estates, Rubber Plants, Coconut Farms, or high-value yield fruit orchards like Mango, Avocado, Almond, Litchi, Dragon Fruit, Custard Apple and Walnut.
